Caliber Trust LLC operates zylow.net, our proprietary real estate CRM platform used to manage property transactions, foreclosure cases, and investor relationships across South Florida.

SMS text message consent is collected through the following methods on our platform:

• Property Owner Opt-In Form at zylow.net/sms-optin — property sellers and owners submit their phone number and consent to receive SMS updates about their property and transaction.
• Investor Interest Form at deals.zylow.net — real estate investors express interest in properties and opt in to receive SMS updates about deal opportunities.
• Document Signing at SoHa Sign Secure ( sohasignsecure.com ) — an optional SMS opt-in checkbox is presented during the electronic document signing process.
• Property Document Signing at zylow.net — an optional SMS opt-in checkbox is shown during the signature capture step for sellers signing purchase documents.

Confirmation Message

Upon opting in, subscribers receive the following confirmation SMS:

“You have been subscribed to SMS updates from Caliber Trust LLC. Msg freq may vary. Msg & data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Your info will not be shared with third parties.”

Data Storage

All opt-ins are stored with full name, phone number, email address, IP address, timestamp, source, and the exact consent text shown at time of opt-in. No messages are sent to contacts who have not explicitly opted in.
