We operate zylow.net, a proprietary CRM platform used to manage property transactions and investor relationships, and deals.zylow.net, a platform for real estate investors to view wholesale deal opportunities.

  2. Investor Interest Form at deals.zylow.net — investors opt in to receive wholesale deal opportunities and investment property updates via SMS.
  3. SoHa Sign Secure at sohasignsecure.com — an optional SMS opt-in checkbox is presented during electronic document signing.
  4. Property Document Signing at zylow.net — an optional SMS opt-in checkbox is shown during the signature capture step for sellers signing purchase documents.

Consent Language

"By providing my phone number and submitting this form, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Caliber Trust LLC regarding my property, offers, and next steps in the transaction process. STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE Unsubscribe from all SMS messages immediately. No further messages will be sent.
