When you submit a form on this website, we collect the information you enter (name, contact details, and — where you provide them — a property address and the details of your enquiry) along with basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, and the page you submitted from. We use this information to respond to you and, where relevant, to evaluate a property — we do not sell it to third parties.

We use limited analytics (a self-hosted Umami instance and, where enabled, Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use this website. These tools do not receive the contents of the forms.

Text messaging is governed separately by our SMS Opt-In Program and Privacy Policy & SMS Terms, which describe how consent is collected, what is stored, and how to opt out.
