What we do

Caliber Trust LLC is a Florida real estate company. Since 2016 we have bought residential property directly from owners — most of it in some kind of distress: a foreclosure case, a tax deed sale, an HOA lien, an estate that needs settling, or simply a house that has become more burden than asset.

We buy for cash and in as-is condition, then resell the property, hold it, or bring in an investor partner under a written joint-venture agreement. Off-market inventory that we are not keeping is published for investors on deals.zylow.net.

Two programs sit alongside the buying business. HomeAgain is a sale-leaseback for owners who want to resolve a foreclosure or tax deed case and keep living in the home, with a written option to buy it back — it has its own site at homeowners.calibertrust.com. Surplus recovery helps former owners find out whether a foreclosure sale left money behind and, where it did, claim it through the clerk of court under Florida Statute § 45.032.

What we do not do

We are not a lender, a mortgage servicer, a credit counselor, or a law firm. We do not modify loans, we do not give legal or tax advice, and we do not promise outcomes. Every transaction we describe on this website is a sale — if it is accepted, title transfers at closing — and none of it is binding until a written agreement is signed. Our counsel represents the company, not the people we buy from.

We would rather tell a homeowner or an investor plainly that a deal does not work than pursue one that does not help them. That has been the practice since the first purchase.

How we are organized

Caliber Trust LLC is headquartered at 801 Northpoint Parkway, Suite 141, West Palm Beach, Florida. Acquisitions, dispositions, and the HomeAgain program operate under the same company and the same written standards. Communications with owners and investors — including text messaging — follow the SMS Opt-In Program and the SMS Privacy Policy published on this site.

Important disclosures

  • This is a sale transaction if accepted.
  • There is no guarantee of foreclosure prevention, repurchase, or refinancing.
  • The homeowner should seek independent legal advice and is strongly encouraged to contact a HUD-approved housing counselor at (800) 569-4287.

Caliber Trust is not a lender, mortgage servicer, credit counselor, or law firm, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or bankruptcy advice. A buy-back transaction may be an alternative for some homeowners — it is not a substitute for bankruptcy, which may be the right option depending on your circumstances. Title transfers to the buyer at closing; if the buy-back right is not exercised in time, you may permanently lose ownership. Our counsel represents the company, not you.

Florida Statute § 501.1377 provides foreclosure-rescue contract cancellation rights in certain transactions; specific cancellation terms are provided in writing with each applicable agreement. Read the full Foreclosure-Rescue Disclaimer.
